We’re reaching Phase 2 of our testing for the Advertlets Referrals beta.
There are approximately 130 bloggers participating in the Advertlets Referrals beta at the moment, from our logs, not counting those that have not sent a verified referral/click yet. It’s easy, all you have to do is customize a URL with your username, and use it to link to our site instead of just a normal hyperlink.
Contest:
While we will may change the referral payout mechanism in future, for this month: [b]The top 10 referrers by the end of the month of June 2007 (30th June 2007, 11:59PM), will get RM100/SGD45 each credited into their Advertlets Account. Only one referral entry per individual can be eligible for the top 10, with your highest entry being counted. Those who use artificial traffic generation methods or fake/multiple signups will be disqualified from this contest. Only Malaysians and Singaporeans are eligible to participate. Winners will be announced here, on the Advertlets blog, on the 3rd of July 2007.
Here are some tips:
1. If you link/mention Advertlets.com, use the referral link instead of a normal hyperlink.
2. You can use the referral link on images too. While there are no official referral buttons/images yet, you are free to create your own if you like.
3. You can use it on more places than just your blog (for example: shared with your friends via e-mail, MSN Messenger) but please do not spam.

Singapore bloggers can earn too!
That’s right! We’re serving a Singaporean Special. Advertlets, fresh from its success across the border is now coming to Singapore, and we’re looking for 300 Singaporean bloggers to earn by promoting us and giving us feedback to help us improve our services further.
We’ve already given out RM 15,000 to 300 Malaysian bloggers, and now its time for our fellow neighbouring bloggers to benefit too. We’re going to be giving out a total of SGD 8,800 to 300 Singaporean bloggers this time..
This also marks the launch of our sponsored post & review program for Advertlets Singapore, where bloggers can get paid to review local & relevant products and services from Advertisers.
And Advertlets itself is the first client, putting its money where its mouth is with the “Review Advertlets!” campaign. New & existing members are equally encouraged to apply. All Singaporean bloggers are invited to participate in our “Singaporean Special Program”. You can write reviews in English, Bahasa, or even in Chinese. (and Hokkien!)

1. If you are thinking which of the Advertlets ad formats to install first, we recommend the Sidebar (165×240) and the Rectangle (336×280) one. Reason being we are currently running the DiGi Fu-Yoh! Street Blast ads network wide for on the Sidebar and Rectangle format - targeted to East Malaysians. That means even if you’re not from East Malaysia (or even from Malaysia), your blog shows relevant ads to your East Malaysian blog visitors, which of course results in you earning
2. Please use the Advertlets Support system - we will be able to respond to you much faster than through conventional e-mail. The KnowledgeBase will help you with the most frequently asked questions. We will endeavour to add new questions and answers as often as possible. A good way to know your visitors
Advertising doesn't mean anything if its not targeted. And the more you know about your audience, the more you can make through your blog, or promote your product/service more effectively.
